美國(guó)總統(tǒng)唐納德·特朗普在被問及已故教皇的繼任者時(shí)，表示自己想成為天主教會(huì)的下一任領(lǐng)袖。
“我想當(dāng)教皇，這是我的首選，”特朗普笑著說，隨即補(bǔ)充道，“不過我對(duì)此沒什么特別偏好。”
他接著提到：“我們有位紅衣主教來自一個(gè)叫紐約的地方，干得很出色。”
特朗普并未明確指出具體人選。現(xiàn)任紐約大主教蒂莫西·多蘭自2009年起擔(dān)任該職，并于2012年被擢升為樞機(jī)主教。
