酥脆簡單的新月小餅干的做法
- 將黃油切小放入干凈玻璃盆里軟化后,加入糖粉攪拌均勻。
- 使用電動攪拌器高速打發(fā),體積膨脹2-3倍,顏色發(fā)白即可。
- 將調(diào)散的蛋液分次加入到打發(fā)好的黃油里。
- 用電動攪拌器打均勻,每一次都要打發(fā)到雞蛋液與黃油完全融合再加下一次。
- 將低筋面粉過篩倒入攪拌盆里。
- 將杏仁粉倒入攪拌盆里攪拌均勻。
