用料
長豆角(切段)
1小把
瘦豬肉(切片)
1塊
青椒(切小)
2個
蒜頭(拍蒜)
1個
隨菜量添加
生抽
適量
豆角炒肉片的做法
- 將切好的肉片加點(diǎn)生抽、一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)老抽(上色)、料酒、白糖、胡椒粉和淀粉抓勻,再加勺食用油鎖住水分腌制10分鐘
調(diào)味用量;(隨個人口味添加)
口味清淡→少放點(diǎn)
重口味→就多放點(diǎn)
- 起鍋油熱下腌制好的肉片,翻炒變色盛出備用
- 鍋留底油(油量大些)下豆角煸炒至軟(不加水)
- 加入配菜→青椒和拍蒜
調(diào)味放適量鹽和生抽翻炒均勻
- 再放入炒好的肉片,開大火翻炒入味即可!
