- 媽媽牌臘肉蒸熟切片備用
- 蘿卜干是用的紫美人蘿卜洗干凈切小條曬干的,提前浸泡變軟擠干水分,備用。
- 準(zhǔn)備好大蒜末,仔姜末,干辣椒,小米辣粒,蒜苗白和蒜苗葉切碎分開。
- 平底鍋不放油,倒入紫美人蘿卜干焙干水分,盛出備用。
