蛋餃的做法

1. 小蔥葉切碎。
   所有調味料加入肉餡中，拌勻。

1. 雞蛋充分打散。過篩會更細膩。
   

1. 平底鍋開小火，舀一勺蛋液鋪成圓形。

1. 待蛋液稍固定時，在蛋液一邊加一小勺肉餡。

1. 將另一半蛋皮蓋到肉餡上并將邊緣壓合。
   因為蛋液沒有完全凝固，可以黏在一起。
   一個蛋餃完成。
