新華社北京4月28日電(記者邵藝博、袁睿)外交部發言人郭嘉昆28日重申，中美雙方并沒有就關稅問題進行磋商或談判。
當日例行記者會上，郭嘉昆回答有關提問時說：“據我了解，近期兩國元首沒有通話。”
郭嘉昆表示，關于關稅戰，中方的立場非常明確。關稅戰、貿易戰沒有贏家。如果美方真的想通過對話談判解決問題，就應該停止威脅訛詐，在平等、尊重、互惠的基礎上同中方對話。
