財聯社4月28日電，財政部數據顯示，2025年3月，全國發行新增債券4375億元，其中一般債券740億元、專項債券3635億元。全國發行再融資債券5413億元，其中一般債券1008億元、專項債券4405億元。合計，全國發行地方政府債券9788億元，其中一般債券1748億元、專項債券8040億元。截至2025年3月末，全國地方政府債務余額501650億元。其中，一般債務170225億元，專項債務331425億元；政府債券500046億元，非政府債券形式存量政府債務1604億元。
