當地時間4月28日，伊朗霍爾木茲甘省危機管理部門表示，阿巴斯港港口爆炸事件已經導致46人死亡。
伊朗紅新月會發言人當天表示，爆炸事件受傷人數已達1200人。
當地時間4月26日，伊朗南部霍爾木茲甘省阿巴斯港的沙希德拉賈伊港口發生爆炸，造成人員傷亡。目前該港口已于27日上午恢復貨物進出口工作。
