財聯社4月28日電，商務部副部長盛秋平4月28日在國新辦新聞發布會上表示，截至4月27日，消費品以舊換新政策的實施合計拉動消費超7200億元。政策實施以來，一大批外貿外資企業得到了政策支持。智能、綠色、健康、時尚的消費新產品走進千家萬戶。目前已有超過1.2億人次享受到了真金白銀的補貼優惠。
