經表決，決定任命張祖發為將樂縣人民政府副縣長，雷祥源為將樂縣人民政府副縣長、縣公安局局長。
決定免去巫志斌的將樂縣人民政府副縣長、縣公安局局長職務，熊擁軍的將樂縣人民政府副縣長職務。
