財聯社4月27日電，商務部副部長盛秋平4月27日在國新辦發布會上表示，商務部將繼續深化國際消費中心城市建設，支持推動擴大入境消費。商務部將打造國際化消費環境，指導各地優化涉外支付服務，提升離境退稅政策效能，打造一批國際消費集聚區和入境消費友好商圈，打通外國人在華消費堵點、痛點。近期財政部門正積極研究對有關方面給予專項資金支持。
