In Hanoi, Vietnam, a poorly laid-out apartment has undergone a stunning transformation through the joint efforts of S.LA architecture and Den Bang, transforming it from a cramped one-bedroom + layout into a charming studio apartment, perfectly meeting the needs of a single female owner who pursues freedom and comfortable living.

在越南河內，一套原本布局欠佳的公寓在 S.LA architecture 和 Den Bang 的共同打造下，實現了令人驚艷的轉變，從局促的一居室 + 布局搖身一變成為充滿魅力的工作室公寓，完美契合了單身女性業主追求自由、舒適生活的需求。

The original developer's design had many drawbacks. There was no dedicated shoe cabinet space, which made daily shoe storage extremely inconvenient; too many partitions fragmented the space, making the already small area even more cramped, and the space utilization rate was low. The owner was an independent, expressive and open-minded woman who had no plans to get married in the short term, which provided a wide space for the design team to display their creativity. They proposed the design concept of "merger and simplification" and were committed to creating a personalized and comfortable home.

原開發商的設計存在諸多弊端。沒有專門的鞋柜空間，日常換鞋收納極為不便；過多的隔斷將空間劃分得支離破碎，使本就不大的面積顯得更加局促，空間利用率低下。而業主作為一位獨立、富有表現力且思想開放的女性，短期內并無結婚打算，這為設計團隊施展創意提供了廣闊空間，他們提出 “合并與簡化” 的設計理念，致力于打造個性化的舒適家園。

In terms of spatial layout adjustment, the design team boldly removed the partitions and merged the two small sleeping areas into a spacious master bedroom, which greatly improved the comfort and spaciousness of the sleeping space. A large area of narrow-framed sliding glass doors were used between the living room and the bedroom to replace the solid wall. When the glass door is closed, this is a one-bedroom with clear functional divisions, ensuring the privacy of the bedroom; and when the glass door is opened, the entire space is instantly integrated into a sunny and well-ventilated open studio, with natural light filling every corner without hindrance.

在空間布局的調整上，設計團隊大膽拆除隔斷，將原本兩個狹小的睡眠區合并為一個寬敞的主臥，極大地提升了睡眠空間的舒適度和開闊感。客廳與臥室之間采用大面積窄邊框滑動玻璃門替代實體墻，當玻璃門關閉時，這里是功能分區明確的一居室，保證了臥室的私密性；而當玻璃門打開，整個空間瞬間融為一體，成為一個陽光滿溢、通風良好的開闊工作室，自然光線毫無阻礙地灑滿每一個角落。

The design of the furniture also cleverly incorporates the concept of "simplifying to maximize the use of space". The dining table and work table in the restaurant are combined into one to create a large asymmetrical central piece of furniture, which not only meets the dining needs, but also provides the owner with a spacious and comfortable work area, allowing life and work to switch freely in the same space. The low shoe cabinet at the entrance cleverly serves as the kitchen island, making full use of the limited space. At the same time, the design team also optimized the kitchen and wardrobe, adding more storage space to meet the owner's daily storage needs. Even the wall-mounted air conditioner is cleverly hidden in the cabinet, making the interior space neater and more beautiful, and visually more concise and smooth.

家具的設計也巧妙融合了 “簡化以最大化利用空間” 的理念。餐廳的餐桌與工作桌合二為一，打造出一個大型不對稱的中心家具，既滿足了用餐需求，又為業主提供了寬敞舒適的工作區域，讓生活與工作在同一空間內自由切換。入口處的低矮鞋柜，巧妙地兼任廚房島臺的功能，一物兩用，充分利用了有限的空間。同時，設計團隊還對廚房和衣柜進行了優化，增加了更多的收納空間，滿足業主日常的收納需求。就連壁掛式空調也被巧妙地隱藏在櫥柜內，使室內空間更加整潔美觀，視覺上更加簡潔流暢。

From the perspective of decoration style, the overall space is simple and modern, abandoning complicated decorative elements, emphasizing the openness and functionality of the space. The wall adopts light and elegant tones, matched with simple lamps, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The ground is paved with a uniform wooden floor, which not only enhances the overall sense of space, but also makes the foot feel more comfortable.

從裝飾風格來看，整體空間以簡潔現代為主，摒棄了繁雜的裝飾元素，強調空間的開闊感和功能性。墻面采用淡雅的色調，搭配簡約的燈具，營造出溫馨而舒適的氛圍。地面鋪設統一的木地板，不僅增強了空間的整體感，還讓腳感更加舒適。

After this series of renovations, the apartment's lighting and ventilation have been significantly improved. The once cramped and dim space has become bright and transparent, creating a vibrant, multifunctional living space that can flexibly adapt to the owner's lifestyle. This renovation result amazed the building's management and technical teams during acceptance, and also provided a design example of great reference value for those who live alone and pursue personalized living space.

經過這一系列的改造，公寓的采光和通風得到了顯著提升。曾經局促昏暗的空間變得明亮通透，一個充滿活力、多功能且能靈活適應業主生活方式的居住空間就此誕生。這一改造成果讓大樓的管理和技術團隊在驗收時都驚嘆不已，也為那些追求個性化生活空間的獨居人士提供了極具參考價值的設計范例。
