蒜蓉粉絲烤花蛤蝦(烤箱版)的做法
- 蝦洗干凈,開背,去黑線
- 取一個烤盤,鋪好錫紙,如果像我做的比較多就用可以進烤箱的鍋(LC海鮮鍋)
- 金針菇洗干凈瀝水,鋪在鍋底
- 做熱水,水開放粉絲,焯軟就行,千萬不要過
- 粉絲用剪刀剪兩下,鋪在金針菇上面
- 花蛤洗干凈,開水下鍋,焯水30秒,微微開口,撈出瀝水,蝦和花蛤擺在鋪好的粉絲上面

- 蒜頭切碎,兩整頭噢!蒜多才好吃,小米辣切段
- 鍋中油8成熱,放蒜和小米辣,炒出蒜香,微微黃,一點點變黃,不要過了哦,烤箱200°預熱
- 倒在一個碗里,蒸魚豉油,生抽,鹽,糖,攪拌均勻
- 用小勺,把蒜汁放進蝦背,周圍淋一些,留三分之一一會用
- 連同鍋一起放入烤箱,200°烤十分鐘,十分鐘過后拿出來,翻動下花蛤,把剩余蒜汁放進花蛤上拌一下,再次放入烤箱200°五分鐘
- 少許蔥花裝飾即可開吃
- 下面的粉絲和金針菇也是相當美味
