日式關東煮的做法
- 起鍋熱油放入切片的老豆腐
- 香煎至兩面微黃
- 將豆腐挪到一邊,放入半根斜切片的大蔥炒香
- 放入2湯勺壽喜汁,9勺清水大火燒開
- 燒開后放入一個去皮切厚片的白蘿卜,中小火熬煮30分鐘
