每經AI快訊，據萬華化學集團股份官微26日晚消息，4月25日，在山東省煙臺市萬華化學集團總部，萬華化學集團股份有限公司與科威特石化工業公司（簡稱“PIC”）正式簽署合資協議，PIC投資6.38億美金認購萬華化學全資子公司萬華化學（煙臺）石化有限公司25%的股權。
