一、項目背景

大外交青年智庫（GDYT）作為中國具有重要影響力的青年智庫，始終致力于推動全球治理體系變革，促進各國文明對話與合作共贏。在全球化深入發展的今天，及時準確掌握各國涉華動態、搭建國際交流合作平臺、提升中國智庫的國際影響力至關重要。為進一步加強與世界各國的聯系與互動，現設立"大外交青年智庫駐外特任中國研究員"崗位，面向全球華僑華人、外籍中青年招募優秀人才，共同為推動世界和平、促進全球綠色發展和文明交流互鑒貢獻力量。

（三）崗位職責

負責整理駐在國媒體、學者、官方、智庫、企業及團體等涉華觀點、文獻或動態等，深入分析其核心內容和趨勢，形成高質量的《某國涉華動態》簡報，為智庫研究和政策制定提供有力支持。

積極聯絡駐在國愛好世界和平、促進各國文明對話、推動全球綠色發展的國際人士，策劃并組織開展全球研討沙龍活動。在活動中，充分發揮橋梁和紐帶作用，匯聚各方智慧和力量，形成具有針對性和可操作性的全球發展政策建議。

代表大外交青年智庫接受海外媒體、學界及企業采訪，出席國際交流、對話活動。在各類場合中，準確傳達智庫的研究成果和觀點，積極展示中國的發展理念和國際形象，提高GDYT的國際影響力和話語權。

三、申請條件

（一）身份要求

華僑華人、外籍中青年，具備良好的國際視野和跨文化交流能力。

（二）年齡要求

24-45周歲（特別優秀者可適當放寬）。

（三）教育背景

具有本科及以上學歷，專業不限，國際關系、國際政治、外交學、經濟學、社會學等相關專業優先。

（四）能力要求

具備較強的信息收集、整理和分析能力，能夠準確把握涉華動態的核心要點。

具有優秀的溝通協調能力和組織策劃能力，能夠有效聯絡國際人士并開展各類活動。

具備良好的語言表達能力，精通英語或駐在國語言，漢語流利者優先（華僑華人可適當放寬漢語要求）。

具有高度的責任感和敬業精神，能夠獨立開展工作，適應國際工作環境。

（五）其他要求

熱愛世界和平事業，積極推動各國文明對話和全球綠色發展，對中國和駐在國的政治、經濟、文化等有一定的了解。

四、申請流程

（一）申請材料準備

個人簡歷（包括個人基本信息、教育背景、工作經歷、研究成果、語言能力等）。

個人陳述（闡述申請該崗位的動機、優勢以及對崗位職責的理解和規劃，字數不少于1000字）。

相關證明材料（如學歷證書、語言能力證書、獲獎證書、發表的文章或研究報告等）。

兩名推薦人的聯系方式（推薦人應為國際知名人士、學者、企業家或相關領域專家）。

（二）申請材料提交

申請人需在2025年6月30日之前，將申請材料以電子郵件形式發送至指定郵箱fydwjzhuanyong@126.com，郵件主題注明"駐外特任中國研究員申請-姓名-駐在國"。

（三）資格審查

大外交青年智庫將對申請人提交的材料進行初步審查，篩選出符合條件的候選人進入面試環節。

（四）面試考核

面試將以線上或線下方式進行，主要考察申請人的專業能力、溝通能力、跨文化交流能力以及對崗位的適應能力等。

（五）錄取通知

根據面試結果，確定最終錄取人員名單，并通過電子郵件或電話通知申請人。被錄取者需在規定時間內確認接受錄取，并簽訂相關協議。

五、發展機會

有機會參與大外交青年智庫組織的各類國際會議、研討活動和培訓項目，與全球知名專家學者、政策制定者和企業家進行深入交流與合作。

為優秀研究員提供長期發展機會，表現突出者可推薦至國際組織、政府機構或知名企業任職。

Global Recruitment Plan for Special Chinese Researchers Abroad of the Glory Diplomacy Youth Think-tank (GDYT)

I. Project Background

As a highly influential youth think tank in China, the Glory Diplomacy Youth Think-tank (GDYT) has always been committed to promoting the reform of the global governance system and facilitating dialogue and win-win cooperation among civilizations. In the context of deepening globalization, it is of great significance to promptly and accurately grasp the dynamics related to China in various countries, establish international exchange and cooperation platforms, and enhance the international influence of Chinese think tanks. To further strengthen ties and interactions with countries around the world, the position of "Special Chinese Researchers Abroad of the Glory Diplomacy Youth Think-tank" is hereby established. We are recruiting outstanding talents from overseas Chinese and foreign young and middle-aged individuals worldwide, aiming to jointly contribute to world peace, global green development, and the mutual learning of civilizations.

II. Position Information

(I) Position Title

Special Chinese Researchers Abroad of the Glory Diplomacy Youth Think-tank

(II) Workplace

Countries around the world (determined according to the country or region where the appointee is located)

(III) Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for collecting and organizing viewpoints, documents, and dynamics related to China from various sources in the host country, including media, scholars, official institutions, think tanks, enterprises, and organizations. Conduct in-depth analysis of the core content and trends, and compile high-quality briefing documents titled "Dynamics Related to China in [Country Name]" to provide strong support for the think tank's research and policy-making.

2. Actively reach out to international individuals in the host country who advocate world peace, promote dialogue among civilizations, and drive global green development. Plan and organize global seminar salons. Serve as a bridge and link during these activities, pooling wisdom and strength from all parties to formulate targeted and actionable policy recommendations for global development.

3. Represent the Glory Diplomacy Youth Think-tank in interviews with overseas media, academia, and enterprises, and attend international exchange and dialogue events. Convey the think tank's research findings and viewpoints accurately in various settings, actively showcase China's development concepts and international image, and enhance the international influence and discourse power of GDYT.

III. Application Requirements

(I) Identity Requirements

Overseas Chinese and foreign young and middle-aged individuals with a good international perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.

(II) Age Requirements

Between 24 and 45 years old (exceptions may be made for exceptionally outstanding candidates).

(III) Educational Background

Hold a bachelor's degree or above. No specific major is required, but candidates majoring in international relations, international politics, diplomacy, economics, sociology, and other related fields will be given priority.

(IV) Competency Requirements

1. Have strong information collection, collation, and analysis capabilities, and be able to accurately identify the key points of dynamics related to China.

2. Possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, enabling effective liaison with international individuals and the implementation of various activities.

3. Demonstrate good language proficiency, be proficient in English or the language of the host country. Fluency in Chinese is preferred (relaxed for overseas Chinese).

4. Show a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, be able to work independently, and adapt to the international working environment.

(V) Other Requirements

Have a passion for the cause of world peace, actively promote dialogue among civilizations and global green development, and have a certain understanding of the politics, economy, and culture of both China and the host country.

Individuals meeting the above application requirements will have the opportunity to embark on a meaningful journey of international exchange and cooperation through a rigorous and standardized application process.

IV. Application Process

(I) Preparation of Application Materials

1. Personal resume (including personal basic information, educational background, work experience, research achievements, language proficiency, etc.).

2. Personal statement (explaining the motivation for applying for this position, personal advantages, and understanding and plans for the job responsibilities, with a minimum of 1000 words).

3. Relevant supporting documents (such as academic certificates, language proficiency certificates, award certificates, published articles, or research reports, etc.).

4. Contact information of two referees (referees should be internationally renowned individuals, scholars, entrepreneurs, or experts in related fields).

(II) Submission of Application Materials

Applicants are required to submit their application materials via email to the designated email address fydwjzhuanyong@126.com before June 30, 2025. The subject of the email should be clearly marked as "Application for Special Chinese Researchers Abroad - Name - Host Country".

(III) Eligibility Review

the Glory Diplomacy Youth Think-tank will conduct an initial review of the submitted application materials and select eligible candidates for the interview stage.

(IV) Interview Assessment

Interviews will be conducted online or offline, mainly assessing the applicant's professional capabilities, communication skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and adaptability to the position.

(V) Admission Notice

Based on the interview results, the final list of admitted candidates will be determined and notified to the applicants via email or telephone. Admitted candidates are required to confirm their acceptance within the specified time and sign the relevant agreements.

V. Development Opportunities

1. Have the opportunity to participate in various international conferences, seminars, and training programs organized by the Glory Diplomacy Youth Think-tank, and engage in in-depth exchanges and cooperation with renowned global experts, scholars, policymakers, and entrepreneurs.
