噢喲~平日最喜歡的湯之一,很簡單又很好喝還很養生?? 端上桌也很鎮得住臺面
用料
土雞
一只(2斤左右)
新鮮蟲草花
100克
2片
料酒
1勺
適量
金光閃閃蟲草花燉雞湯的做法
- 買一只很土的雞,土到從沒見過世面那種,土雞的肉才夠香。讓菜市老板娘幫處理好,我平時都是燉整雞,這次一不留神雞就被砍好了………也行,方便吃。
- 雞肉不需要腌制,洗凈后把血水濾干,鍋里倒七分滿的水,雞肉冷水入鍋。有條件的可以用礦泉水,湯更甜??
- 加入姜片,倒幾滴料酒,可以除腥~
- 湯用大火燒開后,撇去浮沫。
- 蓋上鍋蓋,全程用小火慢燉。大致燉上兩個小時。喜歡肉質韌點的燉一個半小時就行。喜歡肉質軟爛的可以繼續加燉?如果中途想加水也可以,記得加開水。
- 咕嘟咕嘟倆小時后……………雞油都被燉出來了,香飄飄~
- 倒入洗凈的新鮮蟲草花,放干的那種蟲草花也行,要提前泡好。
- 攪拌一下,蓋上鍋蓋繼續小火燉個20分鐘。
- 啊呀呀?蟲草花的顏色瞬間讓雞湯升級了!最后再調入適量的鹽就可以了,咸淡自己掌握。
