老祖宗講究不時不食,每到春天總會有很多應季的食材,蘆蒿就是很典型的一種。好像平時都不怎么吃,一到春天就要吃。好多古詩也提到,老祖宗對吃這個事還是很重視的,我也跟風應個景,搞個蘆蒿吃吃。
用料

豆干
咸肉
不時不食-蘆蒿炒咸肉香干的做法
- 原料:蘆蒿,咸肉,豆腐干
- 先處理食材,蘆蒿沖洗干凈后把根部老的部分去掉一點,切段,豆腐干先從中間片開后切細絲,最好要切的和蘆蒿差不多粗細。咸肉去皮后切細絲,再切點紅椒圈配色。
- 鍋燒熱放油,先放入咸肉絲中小火煸炒,火不要太大,把咸肉的味道都煸炒出來。
- 肉絲變色后放入蘆蒿、豆腐干絲、紅椒圈開大火翻炒。

- 加入少許鹽(咸肉有鹽了,要注意用量)、一點點糖繼續翻炒,如果太干了可以放一點點開水,但不要多,燒的水汪汪的就不好了。
- 蘆蒿微微變軟就可以出鍋了,蘆蒿有微微的清香,配上香干和咸肉很春天。
