- 雞翅洗凈劃兩刀,水中泡一會,去除血水,瀝干水分,加一勺料酒、少許白胡椒粉、少許食鹽,抓勻腌制十分鐘。
- 鍋中多點蔥花、姜絲炒香
- 放雞翅、冰糖翻炒均勻
- 加兩勺蒸魚豉油、少許老抽,
