據日月譚天消息，4月25日下午，外交部舉行例行記者會，有記者就美方堅稱中美正在談判一事進行提問。
外交部發言人郭嘉昆：昨天，我和商務部的同事已經明確回答了這個問題。中美雙方并沒有就關稅問題進行磋商或談判，美方不要混淆視聽。
