譚秋菊，中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，九零創(chuàng)作畫(huà)社水彩公會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)，吳冠中美術(shù)館特聘畫(huà)家，中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)水彩藝委會(huì)21年度提名藝術(shù)家。作品獲第十三屆全國(guó)美術(shù)作品展進(jìn)京作品，第六、七屆全國(guó)青年美術(shù)作品展入會(huì)資格，第一、二、三屆深圳國(guó)際水彩畫(huà)雙年展入會(huì)資格，入選黑龍江省第七、八、十屆水彩畫(huà)作品雙年展并獲獎(jiǎng)，作品曾被多家美術(shù)館和藏家收藏。現(xiàn)工作生活于北京。
