財聯社4月25日電，據商務部官網， 2025年4月18日，美國Onesta IP,LLC公司根據《美國1930年關稅法》第337節規定，向美國國際貿易委員會提出申請，指控對美出口、在美進口或在美銷售的特定集成電路、包含該集成電路的電子設備及其組件（Certain Integrated Circuits, Electronic Devices Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）侵犯其專利權，請求發起337調查，并發布有限排除令和禁止令。中國、美國、英國共4家企業涉案。
