猛然想起很多年以前連續(xù)吃過(guò)好幾個(gè)月..
最后那個(gè)賣燒餅的都以為我是看上他了..
沒(méi)錯(cuò).我確實(shí)是看上了他的烤爐..(翻白眼)
用料
面粉

豬肉(偏肥)

梅干菜(干)

幾根

白糖
適量
生抽

白胡椒粉

芝麻油

梅干菜豬肉燒餅的做法
- 梅干菜.洗幾遍.然后用水泡發(fā).可以嘗看看梅干菜咸不咸.如果咸的話.后門拌餡可以少放一點(diǎn)鹽!
- 面粉放入面包機(jī).先預(yù)留一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)水出來(lái).不夠再加.然后開(kāi)啟面包機(jī)揉面程序.揉好后包上保鮮膜或保鮮袋醒半小時(shí)以上!如果沒(méi)有面包機(jī)的.就手揉吧..面團(tuán)不能太硬!
- 豬肉切小塊.用絞肉機(jī)絞碎.我覺(jué)得不要太碎.帶顆粒的比較好!然后放一點(diǎn)鹽.白胡椒粉.攪拌均勻.放旁邊備用..
- 梅干菜泡好后.擠掉水分.切碎..蔥切碎..放入肉上!然后根據(jù)梅干菜咸不咸來(lái)加鹽.放白糖.白糖可以放多一點(diǎn)點(diǎn).比較好吃.生抽.芝麻油.攪拌均勻!
- 拌勻后.放一旁備用
- 把醒好的面團(tuán).分成50克左右的面團(tuán).方子里的可以做9個(gè)!
- 用搟面杖搟成圓餅.
- 然后放上餡..

- 像包包子一樣又不能跟包包子一樣的捏緊.捏緊時(shí)候少捏一些.只要捏緊就可以.面捏多了最后餅中間這個(gè)地方會(huì)有一團(tuán)面..
- 然后收口朝下..
- 輕輕壓扁一些.然后用搟面杖輕輕的搟開(kāi)了..哈哈哈哈.不要在意形狀.因?yàn)轲W多.肉比較顆粒.老不能搟圓了..(一本正經(jīng)的狡辯臉)
- 然后撒一些白芝麻.用搟面杖再搟二下.讓芝麻黏緊咯!然后再刷一層薄油!
- 平底鍋.最小火.把餅放入..有芝麻的那面朝下.全程最小火!
- 一面上色后.翻另一面!
- 然后破的不多.
是會(huì)鼓起來(lái)的.
