其實這道菜正宗的應該是用西芹來炒制,因為看到腰果,臨時起意所以手邊只有香芹,就用香芹來炒吧,沒想到一樣的好吃哦
特別提示:這道菜中所用的調味料(鹽、糖、蠔油)一定要少啊,調料太重容易掩蓋了菜品本身的鮮香
用料

香芹
3-4棵
生腰果
一把(喜歡吃的多放些)
料酒
1勺
淀粉
1小勺
白胡椒粉
少許
花椒
幾粒
少許
白砂糖
少許
蠔油
1小勺
tiger媽咪家常菜之芹菜腰果蝦仁的做法
- 將生腰果水洗后放入烤箱中層150度10分鐘左右烤至略微發黃即可,千萬別烤過了。
- 在烤腰果的同時,我們準備蝦仁。將海蝦去殼后,剔除蝦線
- 放入碗中,倒少許料酒、淀粉及少許白胡椒粉,抓勻上漿
- 芹菜洗凈切成段
- 開火,鍋熱后放入適量的油
- 油熱后先將蝦放入鍋中迅速滑炒,待蝦仁變色后即可盛出待用

- 鍋內剩的油中,放幾粒花椒炸香,將芹菜放入入翻炒斷生,加入少許蠔油,少許白砂糖翻炒均勻
- 放入炒好的蝦仁和烤好的腰果,放少許鹽翻炒均勻,關火即可
- 這道菜咸香適口,腰果酥脆,很是不錯!
