4月23日下午，煙臺毓璜頂醫(yī)院召開全體干部會議，宣布市委關(guān)于醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子調(diào)整的決定。煙臺市衛(wèi)生健康委黨組書記、主任包偉主持會議并講話。市委組織部干部三科科長周永順宣讀市委決定。
市委決定，宋西成同志任煙臺毓璜頂醫(yī)院黨委書記、院長，劉杰同志任煙臺毓璜頂醫(yī)院黨委副書記，崔榮昌同志任煙臺毓璜頂醫(yī)院副院長。
