香噴噴的培根香腸拌上土豆淡奶，簡直是冬日里的暖心早餐~
菜譜是在【吃貨妹子小廚房】的微博上看到的，看起來超級美味，奏準備嘗試一遍，果然很驚艷！做了些許小改動~

用料

土豆（中小號）

1個

培根

2條

香腸

少許

雞蛋

3個

牛奶/淡奶油

75g

黑胡椒粉

馬蘇里拉芝士

這種用量難道不是根據喪心病狂的程度么

香薰培根香腸土豆羹的做法

1. 香腸培根切小丁~ 少許油先炒香腸

1. 雞蛋打散成雞蛋液

1. 倒入牛奶或淡奶油，加少許鹽，現磨黑胡椒粉攪拌均勻

1. 土豆擦絲鋪在考碗里
   土豆絲不要準備太多，不容易熟。記得選用寬一點的烤盤，這樣鋪的面積大容易熟。如果是比較深的烤碗，可以提前在微波爐里轉一下，讓土豆絲稍微半熟~

1. 倒入2/3蛋奶液

1. 撒上2/3的馬蘇里拉芝士，倒入剩下1/3蛋奶液
   （為什么沒有馬蘇里拉芝士的用量，因為這得看你夠不夠喪心病狂撒撒撒，哈哈哈）

1. 鋪上培根香腸

1. 撒剩下的馬蘇里拉芝士
   烤箱提前預熱，180度上下火，烤30分鐘左右，出鍋撒小蔥~
