這次做的是雞肉版,雞胸肉肉質(zhì)細(xì)膩,蛋白質(zhì)含量高,相對(duì)于牛肉豬肉更容易消化吸收,二寶朵妞出牙晚,十一個(gè)月 出了四顆牙,吃午餐肉就很輕松了
用料
淀粉

香菇粉

寶寶輔食午餐肉 自制高蛋白易消化蒸肉糕 雞肉午餐肉(十個(gè)月以上嬰幼兒輔食)的做法
- 雞胸肉洗凈,去筋膜,切塊,放姜片腌制10分鐘以上去腥味
- 西蘭花胡蘿卜焯水
- 焯水后西蘭花去除菜梗,只要前面的部分,和胡蘿卜切碎備用
- 腌制好的雞脯肉放入一個(gè)雞蛋清,輔食機(jī)打肉糜(只需蛋清,蛋黃暫時(shí)不用)
- 雞肉泥中加入香菇粉,淀粉,西蘭花胡蘿卜碎(一歲以上可以放入鹽或者寶寶生抽調(diào)味)朝一個(gè)方向攪拌上勁兒
- 耐高溫的玻璃容器四周刷油(放入油紙出鍋后好脫模)
- 倒入肉糜,抹平

- 我用瓶子壓了一會(huì),排出空氣減少氣泡,(覺得麻煩可以省略這一步)
- 把剩余的雞蛋黃打散,倒入肉糜上
- 蓋上保鮮膜,牙簽扎幾個(gè)孔,水開后上火蒸15-20分鐘
- 蒸好以后倒出來稍微散下熱氣
- 切成薄片
- 好吃的午餐肉就做好了,無添加,營養(yǎng)不上火
