最高人民法院于4月21日發(fā)布《中國(guó)法院知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)司法保護(hù)狀況（2024年）》。2024年，全國(guó)法院持續(xù)加大對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新成果保護(hù)力度，對(duì)惡意侵權(quán)情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的460起知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)民事侵權(quán)案件適用懲罰性賠償，同比增長(zhǎng)44.2%。
