中新網(wǎng)4月23日電 最高人民檢察院23日舉行“以高質(zhì)效知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)檢察履職 服務(wù)高水平科技創(chuàng)新”新聞發(fā)布會(huì)。最高人民檢察院黨組成員、副檢察長宮鳴在發(fā)布會(huì)上介紹，2024年，檢察機(jī)關(guān)對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)行政檢察案件提出監(jiān)督意見77件，同比上升32.8%。
宮鳴提到，最高檢提出抗訴的惠州市順某科技公司與國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局等商標(biāo)權(quán)撤銷復(fù)審行政糾紛抗訴案等案件，法院均再審改判，采納抗訴意見，促進(jìn)了執(zhí)法司法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一。
