中新網(wǎng)4月23日電 最高人民檢察院23日舉行“以高質(zhì)效知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)檢察履職 服務(wù)高水平科技創(chuàng)新”新聞發(fā)布會(huì)，最高人民檢察院黨組成員、副檢察長(zhǎng)宮鳴在發(fā)布會(huì)上介紹，2024年，共立案知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)領(lǐng)域公益訴訟案件896件，其中行政公益訴訟734件、民事公益訴訟162件。
宮鳴指出，懲罰性賠償制度有效落實(shí)，提出懲罰性賠償訴訟請(qǐng)求34件，同比上升36%，占提起民事公益訴訟案件總數(shù)的37.8%。反壟斷和反不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)公益訴訟持續(xù)加強(qiáng)，共立案60件，同比上升81.8%。
