- 準備所有必需品
- 黃油軟化后加入白砂糖攪拌均勻
- 面粉里加入奶粉雞蛋倒入混合好的黃油砂糖
- 攪拌均勻
- 揉成光滑的面團放入冰箱冷藏半個小時
- 半個小時后冰箱拿出搟成一元硬幣厚度的面片
- 用模具按壓成自己喜歡的圖案
- 移入烤盤,同時烤箱165度預熱
- 放入烤箱165度15分鐘(每個烤箱脾氣不一樣,請根據自家烤箱調節溫度注意觀察)
- 出爐得餅干
小貼士
沒有模具的話也可以搟成面片后切成長條
