1、Assist the IT team with daily technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues；

2、Participate in the maintenance and updates of internal company systems to ensure their normal operation；

3、Engage in software development projects, assisting in coding and testing；

4、Help with user training and the preparation of technical documentation；

5、Participate in the implementation and management of IT projects, providing necessary support.

職位要求

1、Currently enrolled student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field；

職位描述

1、Assist in logistics operations, including material handling processes, inventory management, and packaging processes etc；

2、Support packaging design and process improvements to ensure efficiency, safety and ergonomics；

3、Work on the shop floor frequently to support logistics flows optimization；

4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, ME, Purchasing Logistics etc；

5、Conduct data collection, analysis and reporting to improve the end-to-end supply chain efficiency；

6、Other work assigned by managers.

職位要求

1、Expected graduation in 2025 or 2026；

2、Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering major, e.g., Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields)；

3、Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for packaging and logistics design；

4、Willingness to work on the shop floor and engage in hands-on tasks；

5、Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail；

6、Strong communication skills with an open and proactive attitude；

7、Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment；

8、English both written and spoken.
