平時冰箱會囤一些培根,做早餐超級快手,這次用的荷美爾的匠心生熏腹肉培根,非常漂亮的自然紅白紋理,香酥脆~

用料
荷美爾匠心生熏腹肉培根
6條
雞蛋
適量
沙拉菜(苦菊或芝麻菜)
少許
松餅食材:
低筋面粉
100g
雞蛋(約65g一個)
一個
純牛奶
75g
白糖
30g
泡打粉
5g
黃油
16g
匠心培根松餅的做法
- 準備好全部食材。
- 荷美爾的匠心生熏腹肉培根紋理超漂亮的,經過手工修整,可以很好的控制脂肪比例。
- 低筋面粉、泡打粉、白糖混合過篩備用。
- 黃油用微波爐或隔水融化,倒入雞蛋里。
- 倒入牛奶,攪拌均勻。
- 將混合好的液體倒入粉里,攪拌均勻。攪拌好沒有粉末即可,不要過度攪拌,面糊靜置10分鐘。
- 一定要選不粘鍋!!!
不粘鍋倒入幾滴油,用廚房紙擦拭均勻。用湯勺舀入一勺面糊,從稍高的地方垂直倒入鍋里。
- 面糊只要往一個中心點倒入,面糊會自動形成一個大圓。等到面糊形成了一個固定的大圓,再開小火開始烹飪。
- 等到面糊表面形成許多小氣泡,且有少許氣泡裂開,這時候就可以翻面了。
- 翻面后再煎30秒-1分鐘即可。 重復以上步驟繼續煎,面糊大概可以做6個松餅。
- 如果家里有多的鍋,再做第五六個松餅的時候可以開始煎培根啦。鍋內放少許油,均勻的鋪上荷美爾的培根。

- 一面煎脆了再翻面,根據喜好大概煎3-5分鐘即可,酥脆可口~
- 順手用培根煎出來的油煎個雞蛋,超級香的~ 沙拉菜也洗好控干水份備用。
- 松餅上面鋪上少許沙拉菜。
- 再鋪上酥脆的培根。
- 放上雞蛋,再裝飾一點沙拉菜和培根條,就能get一個顏值在線的香酥培根松餅漢堡啦。
- 蓬松柔軟的松餅老少皆宜,配上酥脆的培根、香嫩的煎蛋、爽口的沙拉菜口感豐富營養均衡。
小貼士
1. 先過篩粉類,再制作液體,天冷融化好的黃油容易再次凝固。
2. 面糊要從稍高處固定一個位置倒入鍋里,等面糊形成了大圓再開小火。做下一個松餅前為防止鍋內溫度高,找一塊濕毛巾,將鍋子放在濕毛巾上降降溫
