香腸&美式炒蛋可頌三明治的做法
- 準備好全部食材,此為2人份量。
雞蛋打散成雞蛋液,加牛奶、鹽攪拌均勻。芝麻菜洗干凈瀝干水份,番茄用鹽搓洗干凈切片。
- 鍋里放少許油,將香腸雙面煎至金黃。
- 也可以在香腸上改花刀再煎。
- 鍋里放入小塊黃油。
- 將蛋液倒入黃油融化的鍋里。
- 開小火,待蛋液最下層凝固了,用鍋鏟將四周的蛋液往鍋中間推,這時候凝固的雞蛋會留在中間,未凝固的蛋液會流向鍋四周;待四周的蛋液底層凝固,再次重復以上步驟,直到沒有流動的蛋液就趕緊關火,要保持美式炒蛋的嫩滑!
- 在做好的美式炒蛋上撒黑胡椒碎調味。

- 可頌對半切,鋪上芝麻菜和番茄片。
- 鋪上美式炒蛋。
- 放上煎好的香腸。
- 再裝飾一點芝麻菜,就可以開吃啦!
小貼士
1. 炒蛋一定要小火,若火力太大可以先關火用余溫慢慢做。
2. 可頌上沒有抹醬汁,完全是利用咬一口爆汁的番茄調味,芝麻菜也是辛辣的,香腸也會爆汁。如果喜歡抹醬汁可以在可頌上抹一層你喜歡的醬汁。
3. 香腸可以整根煎也可以改花刀,整根煎鎖住汁水會一口爆汁比較嫩;改花刀煎出來更香,個人喜好啦。
