立夏到來日漸暑熱,深夜擼串的美好時光一期一會又來啦!深夜與友人把酒言歡,不妨烤上一盤鮮香軟糯的烤茄子,不僅快手簡單,在家燒烤也干凈衛生。烤好的茄子飽滿多汁,肉質軟綿,美味難擋!

小蔥

小尖椒

味事達味極鮮
一勺
蠔油
半勺
雞汁(或雞精)
小半勺(一小撮)
孜然粉
一小撮

深夜誘惑蒜香烤茄子的做法
- 準備好全部食材。大蒜去皮切蒜末、小蔥洗凈分開蔥白蔥綠部分分別切蔥花、尖椒洗凈切碎。
- 茄子用鹽搓洗干凈,瀝干水分對半切開,在茄子肉上打十字花刀。在茄子表面刷油,重復三次,讓油順著縫隙流入茄子肉里。
- 烤箱預熱后,180度上下火放入茄子烤15分鐘。
- 烤茄子的時候就開始準備蒜香汁。寬油倒入2/3蒜末和蔥白,小火煸炒至蒜末呈金黃色。
- 碗里倒入炒好的蒜末,倒入剩下1/3生蒜,蔥花和尖椒碎(建議保留少許尖椒和蔥花最后做裝飾)

- 將全部醬料和蒜末混合,攪拌成蒜香汁。我用的味事達味極鮮,以只榨取一次而成的味事達味極鮮提鮮、調味,激發出蒜香汁的辛辣鮮香,香氣呼之欲出,
- 將醬汁刷在茄子表面,再放上混合好的蔥蒜末,再刷一層醬汁,放入烤箱180度烤12-15分鐘即可。
小貼士
1. 炸蒜的時候先炸2/3,再混入1/3生蒜,制作出的金銀蒜香味更濃郁。
2. 茄子先烤軟再涮醬料烤,免得醬料烤糊了。
