近日，一則“華山醫院前院長張明遠因病客死異國他鄉”的虛假信息在互聯網熱傳。警方偵查發現，該謠言是某自媒體工作室利用AI工具編造的。發布者到案后稱，不僅自己沒看過這條發文的具體內容，甚至不知道上海有華山醫院。
