財聯社4月22日電，美國Onesta IP, LLC根據《美國1930年關稅法》第337節規定4月21日向美國際貿易委員會提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進口及銷售的特定集成電路、包含該集成電路的電子設備及其組件（Certain Integrated Circuits, Electronic Devices Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）違反了美國337條款。美國NVIDIA Corporation of Santa Clara, CA、美國Qualcomm Incorporated of San Diego, CA、中國廣東OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. of China、英國Nothing Technology Limited of United Kingdom為列名被告。
