- 黃油室溫軟化后跟糖粉用刮刀混合均勻~
- 分兩次加入蛋液用打蛋器攪打~
- 至蛋液被完全吸收~
- 篩入低粉和成團~
- 取100克面團揉入紅曲粉,揉勻~
- 取30克面團揉入抹茶粉,揉勻~
- 將紅色面團塑形成三角形的樣子,綠色面團搟薄一點鋪在紅色面團上貼合好~
- 剩余的原色面團搟薄一點調整一下寬度和長度將彩色面團包緊,用保鮮膜包起放冰箱冷凍一小時定型~
- 完全凍硬之后取出切薄片~
- 160度15-20分鐘左右~
- 好看又好吃~
- 迷你版草莓餅干~
