記者從水利部了解到，受天氣因素影響，黃淮西部、西北東部、西南等地部分地區旱情持續或發展，分布在廣西、陜西、河南、云南、四川五省區。今天水利部針對廣西、陜西兩省區啟動干旱防御Ⅳ級應急響應，派出工作組赴廣西、陜西指導，全力抗旱保供保灌。（央視新聞）
