ABOUT US

浙江大學“一帶一路”國際醫學院于2020年12月經過教育部批準，由浙江大學負責辦學和管理的二級學院，坐落于浙江義烏，是一所服務國家“一帶一路”倡議的高等醫學教育機構，由中國科學院院士、著名生殖醫學家黃荷鳳擔任院長，主要規劃設置基礎醫學、臨床醫學等醫學相關學科，并通過與人文、社科、理科、工科、信息等多學科交叉融合發展“新醫科”體系，校園于2023年10月10日正式啟用。

浙江大學國際健康醫學研究院作為科研支撐和轉化醫學研究平臺，于2020年5月在義烏落地，總面積4萬平方米，是國家生物藥技術創新中心“一帶一路”國際合作基地。已經獲批浙江省首批省級新型研發機構、未來病理浙江省工程研究中心、浙江省博士后工作站，重點打造生殖醫學、腫瘤醫學、再生與衰老醫學、全球健康、傳統醫學等“5+X”特色學科群，聚力打造生殖醫學中心、RNA醫學中心、腫瘤醫學中心、再生與衰老醫學中心、代謝醫學中心、遺傳醫學中心等系列醫學中心，開展高水平的臨床轉化和前沿性的多學科合作。

The International School of Medicine, Zhejiang University (ISM) operates as a subsidiary college under the administration of Zhejiang University. 【崗位要求】

1.申請人應知華友華、治學嚴謹、有國際學術影響力、教學能力突出、育人成效顯著，主要包括國際重要獎項獲得者、科技發達國家學術組織院士、全球頂尖大學或一流學科的正教授、獲得過重要教學獎項或出版過國際暢銷教材的學者等。

2.課程面向我院本科生或研究生開設，原則上應為本科生通識必修課、專業基礎課、專業必修課、限定選修課或研究生專業課。課程由申請人自主設計或與我院協商設計，應具有高階性、創新性和挑戰性，使學生真正受益。

3.在項目執行期內，每學年至少主講一門高質量課程。原則上線下授課，可獨立授課或與校內外教師組成課程組聯合授課，本人每門課程的授課時數不少于24學時，并積極參與課程和教材建設、幫助青年教師教學能力提升等。

1.Global Distinguished Educator

【Eligibility】

To be eligible for the GDE program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Have a good understanding of Chinese culture and values, and agree with the spirit and core values of Zhejiang University.

2. Have made outstanding academic achievements and great international academic influence.

3. Winners of prestigious awards in their respective fields, including but not limited to the Nobel Prize, Fields Medal, Turing Award, Lasker Medical Research Award, Pulitzer Prize, and Wolf Prize; academicians in major developed countries; full professors from top universities or leading disciplines; scholars working at prominent international organizations, and have received prestigious teaching awards or published best-selling textbooks.

【Responsibilities】

GDE fellows are responsible for the following duties:

1. In each academic year, teach at least one high-quality course, either a new course or an existing one at the undergraduate or graduate level. This course should be either a General Education Course or one required in the curriculum of a major.

2. GDE fellows can teach the course independently or jointly with faculty members from Zhejiang University. The course should be taught in person. The fellow's direct instruction in the classroom should be at least 24 class hours per academic year.

3. In addition to teaching, GDE fellows are expected to actively contribute to the development of high-quality courses and textbooks, establish international collaborations in teaching, and mentor junior professors in improving their teaching capabilities.

【Financial support】

GDE fellows will be compensated at a rate that is competitive internationally. The amount will be determined based on their teaching experience and workload.

【Requirements】

Ideal candidates for these positions should currently hold a full professorship (or equivalent) at a well-regarded university. For the Qiushi Distinguished Clinician role, candidates are typically expected to have experience as both a professor and a chief physician. We are seeking individuals who have demonstrated significant academic achievements in their fields, possess the capability to advance their disciplines to the leading edge of international research, and exhibit exceptional organizational leadership skills.

【Requirements】

2. Housing Support:We provide assistance with housing, including access to temporary apartments. Additionally, successful applicants are eligible for a government housing subsidy of 800,000 RMB, as per policy.

3. Career Development:Successful applicants will have the opportunity to participate in professional title assessments. Those who are excellent in the assessment at the end of the period will be given priority in recommending full-time researchers and ZJU 100 Young Professor positions.

4. Research Conditions:Collaborating supervisors will support research projects with funding and opportunities for collaboration with other laboratories. They will also assist in applying for national and provincial-level research projects, with the organizations providing matching support as per the project's funding requirements.

5. Comprehensive Service:In line with policy, successful applicants may receive a government living allowance of 2,000 RMB per month (within three years of graduation). We also offer assistance with children’s school enrollment and spousal employment opportunities.
