江蘇句容市氣象局發布人工增雨公告：根據句容市政府要求，并征得空管部門同意，句容市氣象局將于今天（4月21日）在我市適時組織開展人工影響天氣作業。所發射的火箭對環境、人身安全均無害、無副作用，如發現異常下落的火箭彈殘骸，請不要自行處置，保護好現場，并及時向當地派出所報告或當地氣象局聯系。
