谷雨到啦,這是春天最后一個節氣。都說 “谷雨吃 4 白,春天病不來”,真有講究!山藥炒肉片,健脾養胃補蛋白,簡單一炒超美味。蓮藕胡蘿卜絲炒肉,清熱降火營養全,天熱吃正好。白蘿卜羊肉,忽冷忽熱時來一份,暖身又滋補。還有百合蓮子綠豆湯,潤肺安神又解毒,煩躁一掃光。我昨天就做了這幾道菜,家人吃得開心,身體也更舒服。大家也趕緊試試,抓住春天的尾巴,讓健康與美味相伴
