In Lli?à de Vall, Spain, ROURE HOUSE stands quietly on a slightly undulating plot of land above the street and with a topographical advantage. The surrounding area is surrounded by forest remains that have survived the impact of urbanization and still grow tenaciously, giving the building a unique natural background. This house, carefully built by Arquitectura Local, takes nature as its core, and achieves a deep integration with nature and high efficiency energy saving in the interior and exterior decoration design.

在西班牙 Lli?à de Vall，一處地勢(shì)微微起伏、高于街道且占據(jù)地形優(yōu)勢(shì)的地塊上，羅雷住宅（ROURE HOUSE）靜靜佇立。這片土地周邊留存著歷經(jīng)城市化沖擊仍頑強(qiáng)生長(zhǎng)的森林遺跡，為建筑賦予了獨(dú)特的自然背景。由 Arquitectura Local 精心打造的這座住宅，以自然為核心，在室內(nèi)外裝飾裝修設(shè)計(jì)上，實(shí)現(xiàn)了與自然的深度融合及高效節(jié)能。

From the beginning of the design, the team clearly took nature as the basic condition of the design, and the relationship between indoor and outdoor became the key guide of the design. Facing the trees on the site, the team weighed the pros and cons and believed that unconditionally retaining the pine trees would protect the natural landscape, but it might affect the house's acquisition of necessary solar energy. Therefore, a delicate balance must be achieved between vegetation protection and house function.

從設(shè)計(jì)之初，團(tuán)隊(duì)便明確以自然為設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)條件，室內(nèi)外的關(guān)系成為設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵指引。面對(duì)場(chǎng)地內(nèi)的樹木，團(tuán)隊(duì)權(quán)衡后認(rèn)為，無條件保留松樹雖保護(hù)了自然景觀，但可能影響房屋獲取必要的太陽能，因此，在植被保護(hù)與房屋功能間需達(dá)成精妙平衡。

In terms of overall architectural form, the house is designed based on the concept of creating two horizontal planes to build a comfortable living space. The wide roof extends beyond the enclosure structure, weakening the sense of entity of the facade, allowing the building to blend more naturally into the surrounding environment from the appearance, blurring the boundary between architecture and nature.

在整體建筑形態(tài)上，住宅基于創(chuàng)建兩個(gè)水平平面的理念設(shè)計(jì)，以此構(gòu)建起舒適的居住空間。寬闊的屋頂延伸至圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)之外，弱化了立面的實(shí)體感，讓建筑從外觀上更自然地融入周邊環(huán)境，模糊了建筑與自然的邊界。

Walking into the interior, under the roof, four ceramic boxes define relatively private areas. The open space between these boxes is enough to accommodate daytime activities, creating a functional and smooth layout. With a limited budget, the team simplified all systems, abandoned unnecessary elements, and fully explored the potential of materials, achieving high-quality presentation of the building under limited resources.

走進(jìn)室內(nèi)，屋頂之下，四個(gè)陶瓷盒子界定出相對(duì)私密的區(qū)域。這些盒子之間形成開闊空間，足以容納日間活動(dòng)，打造出功能完善且流暢的布局。在預(yù)算有限的情況下，團(tuán)隊(duì)簡(jiǎn)化所有系統(tǒng)，摒棄不必要的元素，充分挖掘材料潛力，在有限資源下實(shí)現(xiàn)了建筑的高品質(zhì)呈現(xiàn)。

The interior and exterior decoration design is closely centered around energy conservation and environmental protection. The thermal inertia of the envelope structure combined with the high-performance shell makes it possible for the house to meet daily heating needs without a traditional heating system, relying solely on the central fireplace. During the hot summer months, the porch blocks direct sunlight, while cross ventilation promotes air flow to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.

室內(nèi)外裝飾裝修設(shè)計(jì)緊密圍繞節(jié)能環(huán)保展開。圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的熱惰性與高性能外殼相配合，使住宅無需傳統(tǒng)的供暖系統(tǒng)，僅靠中央壁爐就能滿足日常取暖需求。夏日高溫時(shí)，門廊阻擋陽光直射，交叉通風(fēng)則促進(jìn)空氣流動(dòng)，維持室內(nèi)舒適溫度。

From the perspective of decorative details, the natural texture of materials is emphasized both indoors and outdoors. The rustic texture of the ceramic box echoes the surrounding natural environment, and the exposed building structure shows an industrial beauty that contrasts with the softness of nature. The use of a large amount of glass not only brings in sufficient natural light, but also allows residents to enjoy the beautiful scenery outdoors at any time, further strengthening the connection between indoors and outdoors.

從裝飾細(xì)節(jié)來看，室內(nèi)外注重材質(zhì)的自然質(zhì)感。陶瓷盒子質(zhì)樸的紋理與周邊自然環(huán)境相互呼應(yīng)，裸露的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)展現(xiàn)出工業(yè)美感，又與自然的柔和形成對(duì)比。而大量玻璃的運(yùn)用，既引入充足的自然光線，又讓居住者在室內(nèi)能隨時(shí)欣賞室外的美景，進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化了室內(nèi)外的聯(lián)系。

The outdoor landscape complements the architecture. The natural vegetation on the site has been rationally planned, and some trees have been preserved to become part of the courtyard landscape. The bricks and stones laid in the courtyard are coordinated with the building materials, and the green plants are scattered in the courtyard, creating a quiet and comfortable outdoor space.

室外景觀與建筑相得益彰，原本場(chǎng)地內(nèi)的自然植被被合理規(guī)劃，部分樹木保留下來，成為庭院景觀的一部分。庭院中鋪設(shè)的磚石與建筑材質(zhì)相協(xié)調(diào)，綠植錯(cuò)落有致地分布其中，營(yíng)造出寧靜、舒適的戶外空間。

Luolei Residence successfully integrates nature into the building in terms of interior and exterior decoration design, achieving the unity of energy saving and aesthetics. It not only provides residents with a comfortable living environment, but also shows the infinite possibility of building high-quality buildings with limited resources, becoming a model of respectig nature, energy saving and environmental protection in modern architectural design.

羅雷住宅在室內(nèi)外裝飾裝修設(shè)計(jì)上，成功地將自然融入建筑，實(shí)現(xiàn)了節(jié)能與美學(xué)的統(tǒng)一。它不僅為居住者提供了舒適的居住環(huán)境，更展現(xiàn)出在有限資源下打造高品質(zhì)建筑的無限可能，成為現(xiàn)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)中尊重自然、節(jié)能環(huán)保的典范。
