油燜大蝦的做法
- 鍋內放油,油燒至五六成色放入大蝦,保持大火,中間翻一次面,把蝦煎至兩面都變色。
- 把火力調至中火狀態,用鏟子按壓蝦腦繼續煎制,這時候的油變成了紅色。
- 放入蔥絲姜絲翻炒出香
