免揉面簡易烤餡餅,少油快手早餐必備,一口酥掉渣,滿滿餡料酥香可口不油膩的做法
- 先來調餡兒,豬肉餡兒中加入韭菜碎,再加入生抽,蠔油,五香粉,鹽等調料
- 充分攪拌均勻,餡兒就調好啦,備用
- 準備兩張手抓餅,一張手抓餅能做兩個烤餡餅,兩張做四個,手抓餅要室溫放一會兒,稍微軟化一點再用

- 手抓餅上涂抹一層肉餡兒,稍稍厚點兒也是可以的
- 自上而下卷起,把接口的地方稍微捏緊一點,用刀從中間一切兩半
- 刀切的截面向上,豎著,從上向下按壓,成餡餅狀,餅胚就做好啦
- 空氣炸鍋鋪油紙,做好的餅胚擺入炸籃,200度烤12分鐘
- 表面烤的金黃酥脆
- 去掉油紙,把餡餅翻個面,200度再烤10分鐘
- 底部也烤得金黃酥脆,就可以出鍋啦,烤出來好多油
- 色澤金黃,外皮酥脆,中間的肉餡兒香而不膩,真的超級好吃,有點鍋盔的意思
- 滿滿的餡兒,來上一口,太滿足啦!
