宿遷十大旅游景點有：洪澤湖濕地公園、三臺山國家森林公園、湖濱公園、龍王廟行宮、項王故里、皂河龍運城、梨園灣、中國楊樹博物館、雙溝酒文化旅游區、南湖公園。

一、洪澤湖濕地公園

洪澤湖濕地公園，國家AAAAA級旅游景區，地處宿遷市泗洪縣，位于中國第四大淡水湖洪澤湖西北部、75萬畝洪澤湖濕地國家級自然保護區實驗區內。景區面積5.2平方千米，區內文化底蘊深厚，濕地文化與古色文化、紅色文化、漁家文化、民俗文化交相輝映。

二、三臺山國家森林公園

三臺山國家森林公園，國家AAAA級旅游景區，位于湖濱新區嶂山林場境內，總占地面積約12.7平方千米。

景區以“那山、那水、衲田”為形象定位，創造性打造了八大最美景觀系列：最美的林、最美的紅葉、最美的建筑、最美的溪澗、最美的衲田、最美的路、最美的橋、最美的紫石，編織出意境優美、浪漫溫馨、人與自然和諧共生的美好畫卷。

三、湖濱公園

湖濱公園，國家AAAA級旅游景區，省級自駕游基地。位于駱馬湖畔，地處省級駱馬湖旅游度假區的核心區，曾為江蘇省第七屆園藝博覽會的主會場。公園占地69.4公頃，從南到北，分別由園林文化體驗園、中心水景區、動漫王國、湖濱浴場四部分組成 。

四、龍王廟行宮

龍王廟行宮，國家AAAA級旅游景區、全國重點文物保護單位，原名“敕建安瀾龍王廟”，坐落于宿遷市西北20千米處的古鎮皂河。該建筑群始建于清代順治年間，改建于康熙二十三年。

后經雍正、乾隆、嘉慶皇帝的復修和擴建，形成了占地36畝，四院三進封閉式合院的北方官式建筑群。乾隆皇帝六次下江南，五次駐蹕于此，并建亭立碑，故又稱為“乾隆行宮”。

五、項王故里

項王故里，國家AAAA級旅游景區，位于宿遷市區東南部項里街道境內。景區以項羽文化和西楚文化為依托，通過逼真震撼的經典戰例實景、精彩薈萃的名家楹聯詩碑、貼近史實的西楚生活場景，講述“一人（項羽）一家（項府）一社會（西楚）”的故事。

是集文化、休閑、體驗等功能于一體的旅游綜合體。景區主要包括將署、項王故居、項府、項苑、古今館、蓋世閣、作坊街等7部分。

六、皂河龍運城

皂河龍運城坐落于江蘇省宿遷市湖濱新區皂河鎮，京杭大運河、駱馬湖、古黃河和古皂河四水交匯之地，乾隆六下江南五次駐蹕于此，贊嘆為“第一江山春好處”。項目內有全國重點文物保護單位“敕建安瀾龍王廟”（龍王廟行宮），市級文物保護單位陳家大院、財神廟等。

七、梨園灣

梨園灣，江蘇省四星級鄉村旅游區，規劃面積1802畝，位于宿豫區，北至宿穿線，東至新揚高速，南至馬河支流，西臨揚舍路。

園區打造花洲生態體驗區、梨韻文化科普區、梨園觀光體驗區、濱河風情休憩區和親子農耕拓展區，已建成西入口主游客服務中心、梨花洲、梨文化博覽園、梨海風情園、觀雪閣、親子農耕體驗園、梨海風情園等項目。

八、中國楊樹博物館

中國楊樹博物館，國家AAAA級旅游景區，總占地面積62畝。景區包括博物館主展館、游客服務中心、組培室、溫室、掬云亭、楊樹品種園等。

全面、系統地展示了楊樹相關知識，完整記錄了楊樹產業的發展歷程，為再現楊樹歷史、傳播楊樹知識、弘揚楊樹文化起到了重要的促進作用。

九、雙溝酒文化旅游區

雙溝酒文化旅游區，國家AAAA級旅游景區，全國工業旅游示范點，位于蘇皖兩省三縣交匯處的洪澤湖畔、淮河岸邊。景區占地面積約2.8平方千米，分為歲月雙溝文化體驗區和科技雙溝旅游休閑區兩大片區。

十、南湖公園

南湖公園，國家AAA級旅游景區，位于沭陽縣，公園占地總面積1193畝，園內設有南湖、中國·沭陽花木博物館、三維立體畫藝術館、兒童游樂園、觀景亭、崇孝苑等主要景點，其中南湖面積442畝，由中心湖泊和西側景觀河兩大水體組成。
