記者4月16日從國家醫保局獲悉，今年1月至3月，醫保基金即時結算覆蓋定點醫藥機構24.67萬家，撥付金額1657億元。
其中，定點醫療機構10.47萬家，撥付金額1574億元；定點藥店14.2萬家，撥付金額83億元。此外，各地協同推進即時結算和基金預付，2025年已預付基本醫保基金723億元。
