山西省大同市中級(jí)人民法院4月16日對(duì)引發(fā)關(guān)注的“訂婚強(qiáng)奸案”二審公開宣判，裁定駁回上訴，維持原判。律師表示，這個(gè)案件給男性一個(gè)警醒，在面對(duì)你認(rèn)為合理的婚配的對(duì)象，你認(rèn)為情投意合、水到渠成的時(shí)候，當(dāng)對(duì)方說(shuō)不可以的時(shí)候，一定要停下來(lái)，這時(shí)反抗也是合法的。
