4月15日上午，上海市精神衛(wèi)生中心召開(kāi)干部會(huì)議，宣布上海申康醫(yī)院發(fā)展中心黨委對(duì)醫(yī)院有關(guān)干部的任免通知。肖俊杰任上海市精神衛(wèi)生中心黨委書(shū)記，謝斌因年齡原因不再擔(dān)任上海市精神衛(wèi)生中心黨委書(shū)記。
資料顯示，此前，肖俊杰擔(dān)任上海申康醫(yī)院發(fā)展中心黨委辦公室主任。
