低脂雞絲蕎面的做法
- 準備主要食材:蕎面面條,雞胸肉,小米椒,大蒜,香菜,海鮮撈汁
- 鍋中放清水,雞胸肉涼水下鍋,加入鹽,料酒去腥,煮熟后撈出
- 準備料汁:把香菜,小米辣,大蒜切碎放入碗中,加3勺海鮮撈汁,鹽,糖,麻椒粉,芝麻香油混合均勻備用
